TAKE A LOT OF STIMULANTS. If alcohol and sugar will not do the job then add coffee, nicotine or cola, I am sure they will do the job just fine. These can only add up to 800 calories to your system, you will have more energy than you know what to do with it.
GET RID OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY: What will your social support system do for you? Nothing, other than to waste your time. Let all you friend and family know that you do not have time to waste on them and you can only call them when you have extra time to spare.
MAKE ALL CRITICISM A PERSONAL CONCERN: Make sure it is a matter of personal attack if anyone tries to criticize you or anything of value or no value to you. Make sure it is an all out fight with that person. Just be offended and do not even listen to them just attack at once.
BE MACHO LIKE: What will you get from asking for help? certainly not help so why ask. Be macho, macho people do not ask for help, do everything your self because that is the only to do it right.
BE A WORKAHOLIC. Constantly remind yourself that you have to work, why not? Make sure everything comes after work, friends, family, even your dog. Make sure you take work home evening and weekend and work until you get everything done.
DO AWAY WITH GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. Schedule in more activities every day than you can possibly get done and then worry about it all whenever you get a chance. Put everything off until the last minute that a good way to stress out easily.
WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING: Worrying about everything especially does you can not control is an excellent way to get good dose of stress. Worry about the stock market, earthquakes, the approaching Ice Age, you know, all the big issues, make sure you listen to news and then worry.
SET UNACHIEVALBE HIGH STANDARDS: Become a perfectionist and set very high standard for yourself and those around you. Make sure you beat yourself up every time you do not get it done the right way. Feel discouraged and worthless all the time.
ELIMINATE ANY SENSE OF HUMOR: Throw out any sense of humor you have. Staying stressed is no laughing matter, and it should not be treated as such.
